This policy applies to all products offered on cad-value.com and to orders with a shipping address in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia.
How we deliver
All products are delivered digitally — there are no physical shipments. Order details, license information, and setup instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Shipping fees
Digital delivery is free on all orders. We do not charge shipping or handling fees at checkout.
When to expect delivery
We commit to delivering your order within 12 hours of payment confirmation. In most cases, eligible orders are delivered within 6 hours or sooner.
Orders flagged for payment or identity verification may be held until the requested check is complete. If this affects your order, we will contact you at the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking your order
Use a valid email address at checkout. After payment, check your inbox as well as your spam and promotions folders. Your order confirmation and digital delivery notice are sent separately.
Missed or delayed delivery
If you haven't received your digital delivery within 12 hours of payment confirmation, please contact our support team. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can review your delivery status.
Changing your email address
Because delivery is digital, the shipping address on your order does not affect how we deliver your purchase. If the email address on your order is incorrect, contact support immediately. Once digital delivery has been completed, we cannot guarantee that the delivery email address can be changed.
